The Client agrees to abide by the standard terms and conditions of trade as set out below.

Mr Notepads is committed to providing the highest quality products at the best prices available.

Use of this website is entirely at your own risk, and we make no representation or warranty of any kind, as to the operation of this website. To the extent that this website might contain links to websites operated by third parties, we have not endorsed or approved such other websites, or the information and materials on those websites.

Placing an Order:

After selection of product, specifications and quantities required, artwork in a print ready format or our templates with your company information inserted where applicable, is to be submitted to Mr Notepads via our website. Mr Notepads will then send back final proof of artwork with confirmation of specifications and thereafter on acceptance by you of final artwork and payment method established, production will commence.

If you subsequently cancel your order a cancellation fee is applicable. Please refer to "cancellation of order" section

Please note, all prices are excluding GST and Delivery.

Approval of an Order:

Once an order has been approved, no changes can be made to the order without obtaining a further quote for the job which may vary from the original quote.

Cancellation of an Order:

Cancellation of an order, after approval of job has been received from client, will incur a 10% administration fee (with a minimum of $60 + GST) plus any cost of plates/proofs if applicable. When placing an order online, it is final and in most cases cannot be deleted once the order has been approved, without a cancellation fee and associated costs.

Delivery:

Goods will be delivered to the business delivery address Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5.30pm. If this is not possible, please make alternative arrangements prior to despatch of goods. If there is no-one available to accept the goods and they are subsequently lost or damaged, we will not be liable for the loss. Any additional delivery charges incurred will be charged to the client.

Artwork:

Please ensure artwork is correctly prepared for commercial offset printing, by an experienced prepress printing professional.

We will note be held responsible for artwork not correctly prepared for commercial printing. Should you choose to supply your own artwork, the ultimate responsibility lies with you, our client. As a general rule, we recommend that all artwork be prepared by qualified graphic designers experienced in the print industry. To avoid printing issues, do not place an order if you do not understand how to prepare artwork for commercial printing.

Incorrectly supplied artwork may incur additional charges.

Mr Notepads can create/prepare artwork at an additional charge.

Payment Methods:

We accept credit cards from Visa and Mastercard, you may also pay by direct deposit into our bank account (EFT), please contact us for these details.

If the person placing the order is different to the details on the credit card submitted, we reserve the right to verify that the cardholder has given permission for the transaction and we may request payment by direct deposit instead of a credit card transaction.

Following placement of order and submission/request for artwork, a final proof will be emailed to the client at which time, following your acceptance of proof, payment method must be established. Thereafter payment is to be effected on day of despatch of goods, i.e., credit card charged or confirmation from the client that funds have been paid via EFT.

Claims:

Any claims regarding printing or finishing errors or transport damage, must be made within five (5) working days of receipt of goods, by email. If the error is clearly identified as a printing or finishing error, all steps will be taken to rectify or reprint it.

Faulty goods may be required to be returned to our factory for examination before a reprint can occur.

If the problem is a result of incorrect artwork or artwork not correctly prepared for printing by the client, the client will be responsible for the reprinting and any associated costs.

Costs:

You shall pay or reimburse all reasonable costs and expenses which Mr Notepads may expend or incur as a consequence of any default by you in the performance or observance of these terms and conditions or the exercise or enforcement of any of Mr Notepad's rights and remedies.
