Artwork Requirements
Please ensure artwork is correctly prepared for commercial offset printing, preferably by an experienced prepress printing professional.
Accepted file types are as follows:
- .pdf (Recommended) - High Quality pdf from most programs - best results from Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or InDesign.
- .eps - made from Adobe Illustrator (Outined Fonts), Photoshop, InDesign (Outined Fonts).
- .ai - Adobe Illustrator with all fonts outlined and all linked images included.
If supplying image files: (i.e. .JPEG, PNG, .tiff) please ensure they are 300 dpi and CMYK, we will review files and advise if they can be used and if any additional charges will be incurred.
Colours:
- All colours converted to CMYK or Pantone PMS spot colours.
- Files supplied with colours in RGB will be converted to CMYK.

Note: 3mm bleed if required to NotePads & DeskPads.

We will not be held responsible for artwork that is not correctly prepared for commercial printing. Should you choose to supply your own artwork, the ultimate responsibility lies with you, our client.
As a general rule, we recommend that all artwork be prepared by qualified graphic designers experienced in the print industry. To avoid printing issues, if you do not understand how to prepare artwork for commercial printing, ring us for help - 1800 896 338.
Incorrectly supplied artwork may incur additional charges.
A pdf proof will be supplied for final approval before we commence printing.
